  • to send spam, malicious content, viruses or harmful software;

  • to interfere with the security or operation of the website;

  • to copy, scrape or reproduce website content without permission;

  • to submit false, misleading or offensive information;

  • to attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems, data or accounts.

We may restrict, suspend or block access to the website if we reasonably believe it is being misused.

3. Website information

We try to keep the information on this website accurate and up to date, but we cannot guarantee that all information will always be complete, accurate or available.

Event details, prices, dates, times, availability, offers, entertainment, facilities and services may change.

Any information shown on the website is provided for general guidance unless we confirm otherwise in writing or through a confirmed booking or ticket purchase.

4. Event bookings and registrations

Apollo may allow customers to book, register for events or buy tickets through this website.

When you book, register or buy tickets, you are responsible for making sure that all information you provide is accurate, including your name, email address, contact number, ticket quantity and event selection.

A booking, registration or ticket purchase is only confirmed once you receive confirmation from Apollo, through the website, by email or by another confirmation method used by us.

If you do not receive a confirmation email, you should contact us before attending the event.

5. Online payments

Apollo may use approved third-party payment providers, including Stripe, to process online payments.

When you make a payment online, your payment may be processed securely by Stripe or another payment provider. Apollo does not directly store your full card details.

By making a payment, you confirm that:

  • you are authorised to use the payment card or payment method;

  • the billing information you provide is accurate;

  • you authorise the payment provider to process the payment;

  • you agree to pay the full amount shown at checkout.

Payments are subject to the terms, checks and security processes of the relevant payment provider.

If your payment is declined, cancelled, reversed or flagged for review, your booking or ticket may not be confirmed.

6. Prices

All prices are shown in pounds sterling (£) unless stated otherwise.

Prices may include or exclude booking fees, service fees, processing fees or other charges depending on the event and checkout process. Any additional charges should be shown before you complete payment.

We reserve the right to change prices at any time. Price changes will not affect bookings or tickets already confirmed, unless there has been an obvious error.

If a price is displayed incorrectly due to a technical, human or system error, we reserve the right to cancel the booking or request the correct payment amount.

7. Tickets and bookings

Tickets and bookings are subject to availability.

You must check the event name, date, time, ticket type and number of tickets before completing your order.

Once a ticket or booking is confirmed, it is your responsibility to keep your confirmation safe and bring any required proof of booking to the event.

We may refuse entry if:

  • you cannot provide valid booking confirmation;

  • your ticket appears to have been copied, altered or misused;

  • the booking details do not match our records;

  • payment has not been completed;

  • the ticket has already been used;

  • you breach these Terms & Conditions or venue rules.

Tickets must not be resold for commercial gain without our written permission.

8. Cancellations and refunds by customers

Unless stated otherwise for a specific event, tickets for dated events, entertainment, leisure activities, performances or bookings are non-refundable once purchased.

This is because tickets are for a specific event, date or time.

If you can no longer attend, you should contact Apollo as soon as possible. We may, at our discretion, offer one of the following:

  • transfer to another event;

  • credit towards a future booking;

  • partial refund;

  • full refund;

  • name change on the booking;

  • no refund, where the ticket or booking terms do not allow one.

Any refund, transfer or credit is at Apollo’s discretion unless you have a legal right to it.

Booking fees, processing fees, card fees or service fees may be non-refundable where they have already been charged by a third-party payment provider.

9. Cancellations, postponements or changes by Apollo

We may need to cancel, postpone, reschedule or change an event due to circumstances such as performer availability, low ticket sales, safety concerns, licensing issues, venue issues, technical faults, severe weather, staff illness, emergency situations or circumstances outside our reasonable control.

If Apollo cancels an event, we will normally offer a refund, replacement date, transfer or credit.

If an event is postponed or rescheduled, your ticket will usually remain valid for the new date.

If there are significant changes to an event, we will try to notify affected customers using the contact details provided at booking.

Apollo is not responsible if you do not receive updates because you provided incorrect contact details or failed to check your email.

10. Refund processing

Where a refund is approved, it will usually be processed back to the original payment method.

Refunds may need to be processed through Stripe or the relevant payment provider.

Refund times can vary depending on the payment provider, card issuer or bank.

Apollo is not responsible for delays caused by Stripe, your bank, your card issuer or another third-party payment provider.

We may need to manually remove refunded guests from the event guest list.

11. Event entry

Entry to Apollo events is subject to these Terms & Conditions, any event-specific terms, licensing requirements, safety rules and staff discretion.

We reserve the right to refuse entry or remove any person from the venue where we reasonably believe it is necessary.

Reasons may include, but are not limited to:

  • abusive, aggressive or threatening behaviour;

  • intoxication or suspected drug use;

  • failure to provide valid ID where required;

  • bringing prohibited items into the venue;

  • causing disruption to guests, performers or staff;

  • damaging property;

  • harassment or discrimination;

  • breaching venue rules;

  • breaching licensing requirements;

  • posing a safety or security risk.

If you are refused entry or removed because of your behaviour or breach of these Terms & Conditions, you will not be entitled to a refund.

12. Age restrictions and ID

Some events may have age restrictions.

Where age restrictions apply, you may be required to show valid photographic ID.

Accepted ID may include a passport or driving licence.

If you cannot provide valid ID when asked, you may be refused entry and no refund will be given.

It is your responsibility to check age restrictions before booking.

13. Guest behaviour

All guests must behave respectfully towards staff, performers, contractors and other guests.

Apollo does not tolerate:

  • violence or threats;

  • harassment;

  • discrimination;

  • abusive language;

  • damage to property;

  • illegal drug use;

  • theft;

  • unsafe behaviour;

  • behaviour that disrupts the event or venue.

You may be asked to leave immediately if your behaviour is unacceptable.

You may also be banned from future Apollo events or bookings.

14. Food, drink and prohibited items

Unless we confirm otherwise, guests are not allowed to bring outside food, drink or alcohol into Apollo events or venues.

We may refuse entry or remove items that we consider unsafe, unsuitable or prohibited.

This may include alcohol, illegal substances, weapons, fireworks, professional recording equipment, glass containers or any item that may cause harm or disruption.

15. Cloakroom and personal belongings

Apollo may provide a cloakroom or storage area for coats, bags and personal belongings at certain events or venues.

All items are left at the customer’s own risk. Apollo accepts no responsibility for loss, theft or damage to items left in the cloakroom, storage areas or anywhere else on the premises, except where caused by our negligence or where liability cannot be excluded by law.

Customers are responsible for collecting their belongings before leaving the venue.

Any items left behind will be kept for up to one month from the date they are found. After one month, unclaimed items may be disposed of, donated or thrown away without further notice.

Valuable items, including phones, wallets, jewellery, cash, bank cards and keys, should not be left unattended or placed in the cloakroom.

16. Accessibility and special requirements

We aim to support customers with accessibility needs wherever reasonably possible.

If you have accessibility requirements, medical needs, dietary requirements or other special requests, please contact us before booking or attending.

We will try to assist, but we cannot guarantee that every request can be accommodated.

17. Photography and filming

Photography and filming may take place at Apollo events for promotional, security or operational purposes.

By attending an event, you understand that you may appear incidentally in photos or videos.

Where we intend to use identifiable images for marketing, we will do so in line with applicable data protection laws.

You must not film or photograph staff, performers or guests in a way that is intrusive, abusive, unlawful or against venue rules.

Commercial photography, filming, livestreaming or recording is not permitted without our written permission.

18. Marketing communications

If you sign up to our mailing list, register for an event or give consent to receive marketing, we may contact you about Apollo news, events, offers and updates.
